Workflow

Workflow – The manual process of moving documents through a business is subject to bottlenecks and processing errors, with difficulty in recognizing a problem until the nature of the issue becomes mission critical. Automating the workflow electronically ensures that documents move along at the desired pace. Visual inspection by supervision is always available, from anywhere at any time, in addition to automatic notification of user actions and events.

Documents are assigned to customer-defined status codes that are typically used to regulate the workflow associated with document management. Additionally, full support for group and individual inboxes further supports document-centric workflow scenarios.
