WebSearch Migration Tool – This utility allows you to migrate user and index data from a WebSearch v2 installation into a WebSearch v3 installation. Instructions are included in the ZIP file.
PDFTransfer v.2.8.0.15 – This utility reads metafield information in PDF files then moves, renames, and creates directory structures based on the metafield information
PDF2eCab v.2.5 – This utility transfers DocuLex PDF files to the Ricoh eCabinet.
TifComp – This utility converts single page Group IV tif files to multipage tiff files by accessing v3/v4 DocuLex tables. DocuLex v5+ software has this function built in.
MPTiffit – This utility converts multiple page Group IV tif files to single page tiff files.
MetaName-It – This utility renames PDF files based upon a single PDF metafield and transfers the renamed PDF files to a specified location.
Index Data Import Utility – This utility allows you to import field information into DocuLex 5/6 tables.
Batch Repair Utility – This utility can correct minor DocuLex 5/6 table issues. This executable must be placed into the same directory as an existing DocuLex Control installation.
