WebSearch, a component of Archive Studio, has the capability of pulling all inbound and outbound email from Microsoft Exchange. This automated; behind the scenes process negates user involvement, ensuring thorough capture and retention of all email. The ability provides cost-saving assistance with compliance of privacy laws including SEC, FINRA (NASD / NYSE), GLBA, HIPAA, FRCP, FERC and Sarbanes Oxley.
WebSearch can be installed locally or accessed as a software service between a secure  internet connection and the users’ primary mail server. Email is secured by WebSearch, maintaining private access rights by sender or recipient. However, email deletion is unavailable by users, access logs are maintained and retention is managed by the records management module.

Archive Studio content management software enables you with content control of email crossing your organization’s server through the email archiving program’s content filter. This feature enables key words and phrases you determine to be unauthorized or inappropriate to be identified, and your authorities to be notified with questionable email isolated for review and applicable action.

Incoming, outgoing and internal emails are captured instantly and actively by the archive server using a journaling function inherent to the clients’ mail server (for Exchange and POP3 servers). Any email and attachments sent or delivered will be archived and processed.
