Solution will assist dealer management in policy creation, enforcement and management of an organization’s Information Security Program

Archive Studio will provide the safe and secure environment that is required by the Safeguards Rule of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, the FTC Privacy Rule and the Disposal Rule. The Privacy Rule applies to car dealers who:

• Extend credit to someone (for example, through a retail installment contract) in connection with the purchase of a car for personal, family, or household use;
• Arrange for someone to finance or lease a car for personal, family, or household use; or
• Provide financial advice or counseling to individuals.

This new capability that allows WebSearch to accept and manage encrypted PDF files is especially
valuable for organizations that are transferring and delivering files mainly via email or unsecure FTP.

DocuLex Releases Archive Studio V4 for Microsoft Exchange 2010 Email Archiving

This automated, behind-the-scenes process eliminates user involvement or intervention, ensuring thorough capture and retention of all email. This ability provides cost-saving assistance with compliance of privacy laws including SEC, FINRA (NASD / NYSE), GLBA, HIPAA, FRCP, FERC and Sarbanes-Oxley.

WebSearch Grid creates the ability to allow multiple, geographically-dispersed installations of WebSearch to work in tandem as a single WebSearch browser-based portal. As the volume of processing demands increase across an organization, WebSearch Grid provides the scalability needed to maintain optimum performance for intensified processing tasks.

This larger, more modern facility will enable DocuLex to continue to provide organizations with the latest offerings found in its Archive Studio product, which facilitates automated document imaging, document management and workflow collaboration through its Goby Capture, WebSearch and Workspace components.

The new DocuLex headquarters are also equipped to promote growth of its subscription-based Cloud offering of the Archive Studio product. The new HQ facility is in the same location as its SAS 70 certified environment, with much additional space for client growth as the DocuLex hosted services offering continues its adoption in the marketplace.
