Reform will produce a document and also produce a Goby cover sheet on the back or a separate page. For example a picket ticket would automatically receive barcodes placed on the back of the first page. The warehouse person would pick the necessary items and write on the picket ticket the quantities, then sign it with their signature. This picking ticket would them be scanned, with any scanner or digital copier, to the Goby Monitor where it can be routed to the necessary devices (ie storage system, printer etc.). This solution can apply to any industry, such as Medical where you may need to capture a patients signature.

Any time a signature is required this information can be stored using 100% accurate indexing.

During the print process or as an alternative to paper printing, Reform will capture form data (100% accurate) which will later be used for retrieving the document. The form data along with the document image is then converted to a searchable PDF file. The PDF file is delivered to DocuLex for file naming and folder delivery. DocuLex Network Search or WebSearch will automatically index the PDF file and make it available to network users or those with authorization access for internet browser based document retrieval.

This is an unattended process designed to create custom folders and file names in a network or Windows PC environment using document output from DocuLex Goby, Office or Professional Capture.

DocuLex WebSearch can identify, index and manage distributed files.

. Folders, sub folders and file names are automatically created using the document index values found in an associated *.csv file. Document index values can be concatenated for detailed folder, sub folder and file naming structures.

This Process also provides Event Management, which will print, FTP, email or route a files based on index values.
